Job responsibilities:
1. 3D Mechanical Design & 2D Manufacturing Drawings.
2. Static and Dynamic Analysis.
3. Generate Final Calculation report using FEA Static and Dynamic results.
4. 2D / 3D Plant Layout & Piping Drawings.
5. Assist Sales team with Initial Information required.
6. Obtaining Design inputs & evaluating completeness of data.
7. Review of Drawings with Engineering Manager for Approval.
8. Co-ordinate with Managers for smooth design.
9. Co-ordination with End Customers to explain Design / Analysis concepts if needed.
10. Checking of drawings & Bill of Materials.
11. Release of Equipment Fabrication drawings & Bill of Materials for Fabrication.
12. Release of Equipment APT drawings for Customer’s approval.
13. Create 3D models and 2D drawings of General Arrangements (GA), Plant Layouts, and plant-related equipment based on given GEA technology.
