Handling all over RTO process of used vehicle registration process.
Fast tag process and assign new vehicles.
To handle customer queries & issues RTO related.
Getting Used vehicle registration process completed given time on organization.
Co-ordination with RTO agents and completed the used Vehicle registration process.
Arranging the vehicles from yard to particular RTO for vehicle passing purpose.
Managing vendor and drivers as well as bill process.
Building strong relationship with customers, agents & RTO officers.
Helping internal team for documents & RTO related issue.
Handling insurance renewal process, hypothecation
Reporting daily update on used registration vehicle.
Managing vendor and vendor payment process as well as checking vendor bills.
Closely working with a core team and adding ideas to make process smoother and more effective.
Managing the team and evaluting the ops process from time to time for getting better outcomes.
Monitoring the whole process for the RC unit at the pan India level.
Provide business approval to the pre buying queries of retail team (Pre buying queries like Chillan approval & bank NOC approval, RTO related approval required, if)
Handling customer & dealer grievances and try to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Handling runner & driver's roster also.
Preparing and analysing various reports to RC transfer progress as well as grievances.
Auditing the process.
Handling team to deliver the output.
Solving Customer Vehicle Related Queries.
Handling RTO Process and Vehicle Passing Process and documentation part.
Coordinating with the transporter, logistics dept. and HO for vehicle movement & delivery.
Preparing and maintaining records of deliveries and receipts.
Handling Vehicle Off take Process with proper finance procedure.
Clients follow ups for vehicles prices and quotations.
Handling Authority of Vehicle Movement & Stock (Fuel).
Rto online entry for Temp Registration (CRTEM) also Permanent Registration
Working with rto regarding tax consumption.
Arrangement for vehicle delivery and vehicle passing in rto
