Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and flexible Field Officer to manage manpower deployment, ensure smooth site operations, and build strong client relationships for our Security Services in and around Madurai. The role involves guiding and mentoring security guards, ensuring compliance, and serving as the link between management and field staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor manpower deployment across all assigned sites.
- Arrange timely replacements and relievers to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure service quality.
- Train, mentor, and groom security personnel on job responsibilities, grooming, and discipline.
- Enforce attendance, punctuality, and performance standards at all sites.
- Handle site-level issues, conflicts, and emergencies with quick resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at the site level.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities to management.
- Support management in new site mobilization and handover processes.
- Act as a bridge for effective communication between field employees and management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Undergraduate degree (any stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations (preferably in security services / facility management).
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of manpower scheduling & reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Madurai and nearby areas.
