Numbertree LLP is urgently hiring for the position of Billing Engineer & Quantity Surveyor for Road & Highways / Metro Projects.
Location: Delhi (Location Open)
Must be open for PAN India travel
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil
Experience: 4 – 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of BOQs for steel and concrete works
- Technical audit of road & highway projects
- Quantity measurements and valuation
- Verification of Client & Sub-contractor RA Bills
- Identification of unbilled quantities and excess payments
- Checking RA Bills with drawings, BBS, and site execution
- Preparation of extra claims for executed but unclaimed work
- Material reconciliation for steel, concrete, cement, sand, bricks, aggregates, etc.
- Cost-saving recommendations based on BOQ and site construction methodology
- Technical team training
- Report preparation and presentation
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of steel and concrete construction methods
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Willingness to travel across PAN India
