What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Sales Support resource is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the sales team, primarily focused on maximizing revenue generation by managing customer accounts, processing orders, generating reports, and ensuring smooth customer interactions, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to achieve sales targets. Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
What are we looking for? "• Hands-on expertise with sales technology platforms (Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM). • Experience in platform administration, user access management, and permission controls. • Ability to support CRM workflows, automation, and process configurations. • Strong knowledge of content governance, taxonomy structuring, and lifecycle management. • Capability in operational quality assurance and pre-launch validation of assets and workflows. • Experience in reporting support, dashboard generation, and ensuring data accuracy. • Proficiency in training operations, SOP development, and process documentation. • Ability to manage structured intake processes and track issue resolution. • Strong presentation and deck creation skills for sales and enablement materials. Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary The Sales Effectiveness Specialist supports sales enablement by creating, maintaining, and governing sales content, messaging, and process frameworks aligned to buyer personas and sales stages, ensuring sellers have access to standardized, high-quality assets, documentation, and enablement support to drive adoption and effectiveness. Key Accountabilities • Create and maintain sales content, messaging, stage-based guidance, CTAs, and play frameworks aligned to buyer personas and sales stages. • Draft sales assets using approved templates and inputs from Sales and Marketing teams. • Update messaging and content based on defined changes, campaign updates, and business requirements. • Perform quality checks to ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and usability. • Apply version control standards including naming conventions and content lifecycle management. • Publish and manage content in centralized repositories ensuring accessibility and governance. • Document sales processes, workflows, and procedures in standardized formats. • Update SOPs based on approved changes and evolving business requirements. • Maintain structured process libraries and repositories for content and documentation. • Apply audit controls by tracking changes and maintaining version history. • Distribute updated SOPs and content to relevant stakeholders. • Coordinate enablement sessions including scheduling, logistics, and communication. • Prepare training materials such as guides, decks, and walkthroughs aligned to enablement programs. • Track training completion, attendance, and participation metrics. • Monitor post-training adoption through tool usage, content access, and activity data. • Report enablement effectiveness and adoption insights to stakeholders. • Manage end-to-end sales tool access requests including intake, eligibility validation, provisioning, usage audits, issue resolution, and maintaining audit trails for governance and compliance. • Communicate enablement updates through defined channels and support tool bill-back processes by pulling and sharing monthly usage reports. • Maintain SOP library governance including access controls and provide ad hoc tool support to ensure continued seller productivity.
