Position: Mentor

Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain professional candidate profiles for assigned mentees.
- Understand each mentee’s skills, experience, preferred roles, and career goals.
- Search for relevant IT job opportunities and apply for suitable positions on behalf of mentees.
- Regularly update and optimize mentee profiles across relevant job portals and professional platforms.
- Coordinate and connect HR screening calls on behalf of candidates.
- Communicate with recruiters and HR professionals regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, and candidate profiles.
- Keep mentees informed about job applications, screening calls, interviews, and placement updates.
- Stay continuously connected with assigned mentees and monitor their performance and progress.
- Identify areas where candidates need improvement and provide appropriate guidance.
- Follow up with candidates after interviews and maintain records of interview feedback and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the internal placement and training teams to improve candidates’ placement readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, calls, interviews, feedback, and placement status.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout their placement journey.
Qualification & Skills
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of IT jobs, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of at least one IT domain.
- Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and recruiters.
- Basic knowledge of job portals and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Interview Process
Round 0 – Initial Screening: HR Call
Round 1 – HR Interview: Face-to-Face
Round 2 – Technical Interview: Face-to-Face
Round 3 – Final Interview: Face-to-Face with the Managing Director
Key Objective
To support mentees throughout their job search and placement journey by managing their professional profiles, applying for relevant opportunities, coordinating screening calls and interviews, and continuously monitoring their progress until placement.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navalur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
