Who we are:
We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing Electronic Hardware Schematics for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle’s (UAV) Electrical Power System (EPS).

Developing Hardware for Power Electronic Converters (DC-DC Converters).

Developing Hardware for Battery Management Systems (BMS)
-
Implementation of EMI/EMC compliant designs.
-
Component level calculation for Power Electronic Converter subsystems like Sensing and Signal Conditioning, Power Switch selection, Reactive components design calculations etc.

Simulation & testing, HIL, Board bringup.
-
Identifying vendors for sourcing certain Electronic components.
-
Prepare associated documentation like BOM, Thermal data docs for company records and design review.

Performing FMECA.
Must have skills:
-
Good knowledge of EMI/EMC compliant design.

Good knowledge of performance and reliability factors of various electronic components.

Good knowledge of Electronic Schematics and Electrical power systems.

Basic knowledge of multi layer PCB Design.

Knowledge of behavior of Solar PV.

Knowledge of behavior of Battery Packs.

MATLAB/Simulink
-
ANSYS
-
PSIM, LTSPICE, TINA, Multisim etc.

Eagle/Altium/Orcad
Good to have skills:

Exposure to standards such as DO-160, DO-254

Experience in the Aerospace, EV or Automotive fields is highly preferred.
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

Masters(Electrical/Electronics Engineering) with 3 Years experience or Bachelors (Electrical/Electronics Engineering) with 4 years experience.

Experience should be in various kinds of circuits targeted for Battery operated, Automotive, & consumer applications.
