Internal Hiring
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Event Planner to manage and execute events from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and overseeing events while ensuring smooth execution and a positive customer experience. The role requires strong vendor management, marketing, sales coordination, and operational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute events, promotions, activations, and special programs.
- Develop and maintain an annual event calendar.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, manpower, and materials.
- Ensure smooth execution of events within timelines and budget.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard vendors, sponsors, and activity partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event suppliers and service providers.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
Marketing & Promotions
- Promote events through local marketing activities, social media, schools, societies, and community groups.
- Generate ideas to increase footfall, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Support promotional campaigns and brand activation initiatives.
Sales & Business Development
- Explore sponsorship opportunities and partnership tie-ups.
- Develop relationships with schools, corporates, societies, and local communities for event participation.
- Assist in achieving event revenue and participation targets.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Prepare event reports, attendance records, feedback summaries, and performance analysis.
- Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Event Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Event Planning, Event Management, Marketing, Promotions, or Activations.
- Experience with event management agencies, entertainment venues, malls, amusement centers, or hospitality organizations preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
