1)Sourcing new vendors from all over india
2)Negotiation with vendors and ensure optimum saving
3)Making the order of Raw material, Receiving the order and maintain it it store.
4)Ensure timely available of raw material and allied raw material necessary for production
5)Follow ups with vendors and mailing purchase orders
6)Selection and approvals of vendors from HOD
7)Taking payment approvals and make the payment to suppliers on time
8)Mailing to concern person on daily basis
9)Ensure that minimum RM stock balance quantity is maintained all the time
