About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, presenting our solutions, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with field sales, client meetings, follow-ups, and travel as required for business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, references, and other lead generation activities.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and present the company’s products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and business discussions with decision-makers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and opportunities to move them toward closure.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales updates, pipeline reports, and activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, solution discussions, demos, and commercial submissions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Travel within Bangalore and other locations as required for client meetings, sales discussions, and business development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close business opportunities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and position solutions effectively.
- Comfortable with field sales and client-facing interactions.
- Good knowledge of CRM usage, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for client meetings and business requirements.
- Candidates must be familiar with the Bangalore market and business ecosystem.
- Languages Known: English is mandatory. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
