Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will manage day-to-day social media activities and help build brand visibility and engagement across platforms. The role is ideal for someone who understands content trends and enjoys working closely with creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute daily social media content ideas
- Publish photos, reels, stories, and promotional posts across platforms
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic content copy
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Manage and update the monthly and weekly social media calendar
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing team for content planning
- Share creatives and updates with internal teams via WhatsApp and internal channels
- Track basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements for reach and interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field Skills & Experience.
- 3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Familiarity with social media tools and engagement techniques
- Basic content writing and captioning skills
- Organized and proactive approach
