Administration Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities, procurement, inventory, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in Advanced Excel, and proven experience in managing administrative processes in a logistics or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall administrative operations to ensure efficient business support.
- Handle procurement and purchasing activities, including vendor coordination and negotiations.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Monitor office and warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
- Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Manage manpower, including allocation of resources, attendance coordination, and contractor supervision.
- Maintain records of assets, consumables, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Functions
- Conditional Formatting
- Formulas and data analysis
- Experience in procurement and purchasing processes.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Manpower and contractor management.
- Housekeeping and facility management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administration, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
- Ability to work independently and lead administrative teams effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
