**Experience:** 3–4 Years
**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for skilled MIG Welders with experience in fabrication work and drawing interpretation to support our manufacturing operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform MIG welding and fabrication work as per specifications.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and welding requirements.
* Ensure weld quality and adherence to safety standards.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness.
**Requirements:**
* 3–4 years of MIG welding experience.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Experience in agricultural equipment or manufacturing industry preferred.
