About the Role
Maa Homes is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales who brings strong communication skills, confidence, and a professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct site visits and client presentations for prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, marketing, operations) for smooth closures
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong client handling and interpersonal abilities
A well-presented and professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
