Job title:SAP Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle using SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, SAP functional, and technical teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and technical areas (ABAP, Basis, Security).
- Oversee onshore-offshore delivery models and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Track project progress through dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee updates.
- Manage RAID logs and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful data migration, UAT execution, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, billing, and ensure compliance with audit and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and lessons learned across project phases.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
