Responsibilities
· Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
· Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment.
· Monitor and track students' developmental progress.
· Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
· Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior.
· Collaborate with other educators and staff members.
· Prepare and maintain educational resources and materials.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
· Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
· Strong understanding of child development and early education techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
