About the Role
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Preschool Caretaker to support our teachers and ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and assist in their daily care and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for preschool children throughout the day
- Assist teachers during classroom activities, playtime, and events
- Help children with meals, hygiene, toileting, and nap time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas
- Ensure children’s safety at all times
- Support children emotionally and encourage positive behavior
- Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom setup
- Communicate politely with parents and staff when needed
Requirements
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Patient, caring, and friendly personality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of child safety and hygiene
- Ability to manage children calmly and responsibly
- High school qualification or equivalent preferred
