We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Nurse Manager to lead the clinical and operational aspects of our healthcare services.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background.
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with significant experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train multidisciplinary teams, including field nurses, newly recruited employees, and non-clinical staff who interact with clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate staff on service standards, clinical protocols, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing healthcare systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), clinical protocols, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Ability to establish and monitor service quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.

Pay: ₹25,377.27 - ₹55,559.11 per month
