Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to generate leads and support sales growth in the B2B international market through proactive outreach and client engagement
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Identify and target B2B clients (export markets)
Generate and qualify leads for the sales.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects
Present basic information about IT/technical products/services
Maintain CRM and track sales activities
Support proposal creation and deal progression
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confi dence in cold calling and pitching
Basic understanding of IT/technical products
Interest in B2B and export sales
Highly organized and proactive
Commission Structure
BDE Share: 2% (for lead generation and qualifi cation)
Incentive Accelerator
Additional +0.5% commission for high-value deals (above defi ned threshold)
Pay: ₹11,424.81 - ₹49,070.52 per month
