Job Summary
The TA / HR Recruiter will own end-to-end recruitment for operations, sales, collections, and support roles across the organisation. The role requires a strong sourcing mindset, ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced NBFC environment, and coordination with business stakeholders to close positions within defined timelines while maintaining documentation accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, employee referrals, consultants, and campus/walk-in drives as required.
- Draft and post job descriptions and hiring announcements on LinkedIn and other platforms; optimise reach through targeted keywords and hashtags.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/HR interviews to assess candidate fit for role, culture, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback, follow-up, and closure of open positions.
- Manage offer letter generation, documentation, background verification coordination, and pre-onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles such as Collection Executives, Credit executives and Sales Officers.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to onboarding.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in banking, NBFC, insurance, fintech, or other high-volume hiring environments.
- Working knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn), ATS/HRIS tools, and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume and time-bound hiring across multiple roles and locations.
- Good organisational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general HR reporting tools.
Working Hours and Days
- Full Time: Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
