Job Title: Dispatch Executive – Aluminium & uPVC Windows
Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch aluminium & uPVC windows/doors as per delivery schedule.
- Verify finished products, quantity, size, accessories, and packing before dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and site teams.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and stock movement.
- Ensure proper loading, packaging, and safe transportation of materials.
- Track dispatch status and update the concerned team.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics (preferably in aluminium/uPVC windows or fabrication industry).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Salary: As per experience
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
