Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Physics Teacher to teach students across IGCSE, ICSE, and Cambridge curricula. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex Physics concepts while preparing students for academic excellence and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of IGCSE, ICSE, Cambridge (Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS & A Level) curricula.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Explain theoretical concepts and numerical problem-solving techniques effectively.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions wherever applicable.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
- Provide individualized support to students requiring additional academic assistance.
- Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and performance reports.
- Create study materials, worksheets, question banks, and revision resources.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic discussions.
- Foster critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and analytical skills among students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IGCSE, ICSE, and Cambridge curriculum frameworks.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in conducting online and offline classes.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Physics.
- Prior experience teaching IGCSE, Cambridge, or ICSE curriculum is mandatory.
- Experience in handling AS & A Level Physics will be an added advantage.
