Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who can own revenue generation end-to-end—from converting qualified leads to closing high-value deals and scaling the sales function.
This is a senior, performance-driven role requiring strong closing ability, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the entire sales cycle with a strong focus on closing high-value deals
Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales pipeline
Work closely with marketing to convert demand into revenue
Develop and optimize sales strategies, funnels, and processes
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives
Use CRM tools to track pipeline, conversions, and team performance
Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives
Continuously improve conversion rates, deal size, and sales efficiency
Must-Have Capabilities
Proven ability to close high-value deals consistently
Strong revenue ownership mindset
Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
Data-driven approach to pipeline and conversion optimization
Ability to build, lead, and scale a sales team
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT/Digital Services Sales
Prior experience in digital marketing / web / app development sales
Experience managing a team of sales executives
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work from our Nashik office and lead independently
