Job Responsibilities
- Source new customers through branch referrals and open market.
- Promote and sell banking products to prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect and verify customer documents for account opening and loan processing.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers (2021 - 2025 pass out)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
