POSITION OVERVIEW
Marketing Coordinator to coordinate between European principals, top management, and NBD team - managing digital marketing, customer engagement, and sales operations support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Branding:
- Manage all digital marketing activities (Facebook, WhatsApp, email campaigns)
- Coordinate with designer for marketing campaigns
- Contribute ideas for branding and digital marketing
Customer Management:
- Manage customer database
- Communicate with customers on behalf of NBD team
- Handle customer queries and coordination
Events & Meetings:
- Execute annual events plan: webinars, seminars, customer events, exhibitions
- Coordinate customer meetings with NBD team and MD
Product & Pricing:
- Maintain product master and pricing master
- Track costs and selling prices
- Monitor daily pricing
Operations Support:
- Manage sample requests and dispatch to customers
- Send regular reports to principals
- Track and push NBD team on performance targets (meeting %, sample approvals, KPIs)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing coordination role
Skills: Strong communication, GSuite proficiency, organized, multitasking ability
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
