Job description: Job Role As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and develop a strong network of genuine entertainment and movie-going customers within your assigned territory. Each BDM will be responsible for building and maintaining a large customer network through personal networking, field activities, community engagement, social media, events, fan communities, colleges, local associations, and other approved channels. The role may also involve supporting selected entertainment campaigns, film promotions, audience engagement activities, social media initiatives, and customer activation programs. Key Responsibilities Build and develop a strong network of genuine movie and entertainment audiences. Identify and connect with potential customers through field activities and personal networking. Build relationships with moviegoers, entertainment enthusiasts, local communities, fan groups, and other relevant networks. Work towards assigned customer-network development targets. Maintain regular engagement with the customer network. Support audience activation activities for selected entertainment and film campaigns. Participate in promotional activities, events, campaigns, and entertainment initiatives organised by the company. Identify local networking opportunities that can help expand the company's audience base. Coordinate with local influencers, content creators, fan communities, colleges, event groups, and entertainment communities where appropriate. Maintain genuine and accurate customer information through approved company processes. Submit regular activity reports and updates to management. Take ownership of assigned territory and performance targets. Work independently and actively in the field to achieve business objectives. Who Can Apply?
