Programme Coordinator – Brains Iconic Charitable Trust
Brains Iconic Charitable Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and monitor our social impact programmes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning initiatives, managing project execution, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of community development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee NGO programmes and projects.
- Ensure timely execution and monitoring of all initiatives.
- Coordinate with volunteers, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and programme updates.
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Maintain programme records and support project planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in programme coordination, project management, or the NGO/social development sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Experience:
- programme coordination, project management, NGO operations: 4 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhubaneswar, Odisha
