Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, following up with customers, and promoting company services. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply, while candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Sales, BPO, Call Center, Lead Generation, or Voice Process are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
