Job Title : Analyst-Business Management

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based solutions supporting Risk, Margin, Equity Financing, and Business Management functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver analytical tools, reports, and dashboards.
- Extract, process, and analyze data from internal systems, including market data, reference data, and risk platforms.
- Build and maintain automated reporting frameworks, MIS solutions, and business intelligence tools.
- Monitor production reports and automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Prepare management presentations, business performance reports, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
- Drive automation, digitization, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects and system enhancements.
- Develop structured testing plans and ensure quality delivery of analytics and reporting solutions.
- Support business management activities through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert for automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python for automation, analytics, and reporting.
- Understanding of Capital Markets, including Equities, Derivatives, and Fixed Income products.
- Experience working with large datasets, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data extraction methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in automation, process optimization, and dashboard development.
- Understanding of financial markets, risk concepts, and market data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
