Front Office Executive
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, calls, and appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep records, files, and documents updated and organized.
- Support day-to-day administrative and front desk operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
