Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Driver to manage daily commutes and occasional outstation travel for a manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a modern automatic Electric Vehicle (EV), ensuring timely arrivals, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.
This role offers a stable, fixed daily routine with additional earning opportunities during outstation visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Routine: Ensure timely morning pickup from Bariatu Housing Colony at 8:30 AM and drive to the factory located in Chandra, Ormanjhi (approx. 25 km).
- Evening Return: Depart from the factory between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM for the return journey to Bariatu.
- Outstation & Site Visits: Drive to various mining and site locations (such as Hazaribag, Latehar, Keredari, and other areas within a 150–200 km radius of Ranchi) as required.
- Vehicle Care: Smoothly operate an automatic EV, manage charging schedules, and ensure basic vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

- Outstation Allowance: ₹200 per day for mining/outstation trips.
- Night Allowance: Additional ₹200 per night in case of late-night travel.
Requirements & Qualifications
- License: Must possess a valid Indian Driving License (LMV).
- Experience: Proven experience driving automatic transmission cars (experience with Electric Vehicles is a major plus).
- Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with routes around Ranchi, Ormanjhi, Hazaribag, and nearby industrial/mining regions.
- Traits: Punctual, disciplined, honest, and maintains a clean driving record.
- Availability: Ready for occasional long-distance travel and late-night returns when visiting mine sites.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
- रोज का शेड्यूल: सुबह ठीक 8:30 बजे बरियातू हाउसिंग कॉलोनी (Bariatu Housing Colony) से निकलकर चन्द्रा, ओरमांझी (Chandra, Ormanjhi) स्थित फैक्ट्री पहुंचना (लगभग 25 किमी)।
- शाम की वापसी: फैक्ट्री से शाम 5:00 से 5:30 बजे के बीच वापस बरियातू के लिए निकलना। यह शेड्यूल पूरी तरह तय (Fixed) है।
- आउटस्टेशन यात्रा: जरूरत पड़ने पर रांची से 150-200 किमी के दायरे में आने वाले माइनिंग क्षेत्रों जैसे हजारीबाग, लातेहार, केरेडारी आदि स्थानों पर जाना होगा।
- गाड़ी की देखभाल: ऑटोमैटिक EV गाड़ी को सुचारू रूप से चलाना और उसे साफ व मेंटेन रखना।
सैलरी और अन्य सुविधाएं (Salary & Benefits)
- मासिक वेतन (Salary): ₹15,000 प्रति महीना
- भोजन: मुफ्त भोजन (Free Fooding) की सुविधा।
- सरकारी लाभ: योग्य उम्मीदवार के लिए ESI और PF की सुविधा दी जाएगी।
- आउटस्टेशन भत्ता (Allowance): माइनिंग या बाहरी यात्रा पर जाने पर ₹200 प्रतिदिन का अतिरिक्त भत्ता।
- नाइट अलाउंस (Night Allowance): देर रात तक यात्रा होने की स्थिति में ₹200 प्रति रात का अलग से भत्ता।
योग्यता और आवश्यकताएं (Requirements)
- ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस: वैध कमर्शियल या प्राइवेट ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (LMV) होना अनिवार्य है।
- अनुभव: ऑटोमैटिक कार चलाने का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए (इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल चलाने का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
- रास्तों की जानकारी: रांची, ओरमांझी, हजारीबाग और आस-पास के क्षेत्रों के रास्तों की अच्छी समझ।
- अन्य गुण: ईमानदार, समय का पाबंद, व्यवहारकुशल और साफ-सुथरा रिकॉर्ड।
