We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage end-to-end HVAC projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage installation of VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting, MS Piping, Ventilation & Cooling Tower systems.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, material procurement, site activities, and project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved time, budget, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports, billing measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable HVAC/engineering practices.
- Handle testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover.
Required Skills
- Strong HVAC project execution and site management experience.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
