Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and energetic Videographer, Mobile Content Creator & Video Editor who can independently shoot, edit, produce, and manage engaging video content for social media, branding, marketing, educational, corporate, and promotional purposes.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, storytelling, videography, mobile filmmaking, social media trends, reels, short-form content, and digital branding.
This role requires a person who can transform ideas into visually compelling content that attracts engagement, builds brand authority, and drives growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Content Creation
- Capture professional-quality videos using smartphones, cameras, gimbals, drones, or other equipment.
- Shoot office activities, client events, meetings, interviews, podcasts, seminars, workshops, and promotional content.
- Create engaging social media reels, shorts, and long-form videos.
- Plan and execute creative video concepts.
- Develop storytelling-driven visual content.
- Handle indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Manage lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Travel when required for shoots, events, meetings, and projects.
Video Editing & Post Production
- Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, podcasts, interviews, and corporate videos.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, subtitles, effects, animations, and visual enhancements.
- Perform audio cleaning, color correction, color grading, and sound synchronization.
- Create high-retention short-form content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and other platforms.
- Produce polished final outputs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain organized project files and media libraries.
Social Media Content Development
- Convert daily office activities into engaging content.
- Identify trending formats, reel ideas, and viral content opportunities.
- Create content calendars and content pipelines.
- Generate creative concepts for campaigns, launches, branding, awareness, and engagement.
- Work closely with management, marketing, and creative teams to execute content strategies.
- Ensure consistent posting schedules.
Graphic & Creative Support
- Create basic thumbnails, cover images, social media creatives, and visual assets when required.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and social media teams.
- Support branding and promotional initiatives across all ecosystem entities.
Equipment & Media Management
- Manage cameras, smartphones, microphones, lighting equipment, memory cards, storage devices, and media assets.
- Maintain proper backups and archives.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and project completion.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong mobile videography skills.
- Professional video editing experience.

- Color grading and correction.
- Motion graphics fundamentals.

Software Knowledge
Experience in one or more of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut
- VN Editor
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Canva
- Other professional editing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Media, Film, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Journalism, Animation, or related fields.
- Freshers with exceptional portfolios may apply.
- Prior experience in content creation, videography, editing, social media management, branding, or digital marketing is advantageous.
