Role Overview
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno‑Functional Consultant with a balanced mix of functional expertise and technical capability. The role involves driving end‑to‑end CRM solution delivery, including requirement analysis, system configuration, customization, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Configure CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and integrations.
Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment activities.
Manage and support integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third‑party platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and stability.
Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
Hands‑on expertise in configuration and customization.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflows.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, and Azure services.
Ability to bridge functional requirements with technical implementation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working with US stakeholders or global delivery teams.
Exposure to Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, or Service Bus.
Experience in Customer Service or Field Service modules.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL‑200)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB‑230)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB‑210)
Any relevant Azure certifications (AZ‑204, AZ‑900, etc.)
