Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Cut-to-Pack garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising sewing lines, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and managing workers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production from Cutting to Packing
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets
- Monitor line efficiency and minimize downtime
- Handle worker allocation and manpower management
- Coordinate with IE, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow on the production floor
- Ensure quality standards are followed at every stage
- Reduce rejection and rework
- Report daily production status to Production Manager
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes
- Experience in handling sewing operators and helpers
- Ability to manage 30–100 workers (depending on unit size)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel & production reporting)
- Good leadership and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th / Diploma (Textile/Garment preferred)
- 3+ years experience in garment manufacturing supervision
