We are looking for a TV Installation Technician to install and set up large-sized televisions at customer locations. The ideal candidate should be technically inclined, punctual, and capable of handling high-value equipment with care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites for TV delivery and installation
- Install LED TVs securely on wall mounts or stands
- Ensure proper cable management and device connections
- Perform basic TV setup and demonstrate functionality to customers
- Test the TV to ensure it is functioning correctly after installation
- Provide excellent customer service and address any on-site concerns
- Maintain tools and installation equipment in good condition
- Maintain records of completed installations and customer feedback
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Age must be below 35 years
- 0–2 years of experience in TV/Appliance installation (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems or wiring is a plus
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting large screens
- Willing to travel locally for installations
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
