Job Title: Front Office Executive
Role:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls and visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth front office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor entry registers and front desk records.
- Manage meeting room schedules and assist with arrangements.
- Coordinate courier, postal, and office communication.
- Support admin and HR teams with basic documentation.
- Ensure reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and office coordination tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist role (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Presentable, polite, and well-organized.
