We are looking for a highly reliable and proactive Admin / Operations Assistant to support our holiday home business in Dubai.
This is a remote role with immediate start.
Responsibilities:
Guest communication (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp)
Managing bookings & calendars
Coordinating cleaning & maintenance teams
Updating pricing & availability
Handling daily admin tasks
Supporting operations & revenue management
Requirements:
Strong English communication (written & spoken)
Experience with Airbnb / Booking.com (preferred)
Highly organized & responsive
Able to work independently
Available across flexible hours (Dubai time)
Bonus:
Experience with property management systems
Experience in short-term rentals
Salary:
Based on experience (monthly)
