Process Trainer for Warehouse & Logistics Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training warehouse teams and a strong understanding of Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and process training for new employees.
- Deliver classroom and on-floor training sessions.
- Train associates on:
- Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Receiving & Put-away
- Picking, Packing & Dispatch
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse SOPs and Safety Standards
- Conduct refresher training and performance assessments.
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to improve workforce performance.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Process Trainer in Warehouse, Logistics, Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, or Supply Chain.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations, SOPs, and MS Excel.
- WMS/ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
