We are expanding aggressively in the Kerala market and looking for energetic Malayalam-speaking telecallers to support dealer development and sales growth.
Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Telecallers for the Kerala region to generate leads, follow up with automobile workshops and retailers, explain Motor-X products, and convert leads into orders.
Candidates must be comfortable speaking Malayalam fluently over calls.
This role is suitable for candidates looking to grow in automotive sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 120 outbound calls daily to dealers, workshops, retailers, and distributors across Kerala
- Introduce and explain Motor-X coolant products
- Generate dealer leads and maintain regular follow-ups
- Convert prospects into trial orders and repeat customers
- Update daily follow-up notes and CRM records properly
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- Malayalam speaking mandatory
- Tamil or English communication preferred
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Own mobile/laptop with internet access
- Target-oriented and disciplined follow-up mindset
