We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Stibo STEP Product Master Data Management (PMDM), JavaScript development, system integrations, and publishing industry workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise master data solutions that manage product, contributor, series, work, rights, and metadata information across multiple publishing systems.
This role will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Stewards, and downstream system teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and publishing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Stibo STEP Development
Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Stibo STEP platform.

Develop and maintain STEP Web UI screens, portals, and user workflows.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing code and integrations.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
Integration & API Development
Design and implement integrations between STEP and enterprise systems including:
