Sell by establishing contact, developing relationships, and upselling solutions. Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance. Recommend service and profit improvement opportunities. Manage the sales process using specific software programs. Shared Across Functions Enable on-ground marketing events. Build and maintain the CRM database. Participate in sales team meetings. Key Competencies Behavioral – Need to Have Positive attitude with focus on customer satisfaction.
