Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Auto Service Executive to manage service operations, customer interactions, and vehicle service coordination at our Piaggio dealership. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely vehicle delivery, and effective communication between customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers visiting the service center and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare Job Cards and explain repair/service estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Follow up on vehicle service progress and update customers regularly.
- Ensure proper delivery of vehicles after service with customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Promote service packages, spare parts, accessories, and AMC programs.
- Maintain service records and customer database.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls and customer retention activities.
- Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service operations (preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems preferred).
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.
