We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across various domains within the Fintech industry. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and contribute to the future of finance.How you’ll make an impact:Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, professional networking sites, Boolean search, industry events, and internal databases.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in areas such as software engineering (backend, frontend, full-stack), data science, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and other relevant Fintech specializations.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements for open roles and refine sourcing strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about our company and open opportunities.Screen resumes and initial candidate profiles to assess qualifications and fit.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Track and analyze key sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies.Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing trends, tools, and technologies, as well as developments in the Fintech industry.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice within the tech community.Participate in team meetings and share best practices with other sourcers and recruiters.Collaborate with the broader HR team on talent-related projects and initiatives.Experience you’ll bring:5+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates.Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, particularly within the Fintech domain.Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems, CRM systems).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: ₹50,372.94 - ₹100,000.00 per month
