We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager/Senior Manager for our Placements and Corporate Relations department. This pivotal role within the Education Technology sector is instrumental in forging strong connections with employers and driving employment opportunities for our students and alumni. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of building and maintaining productive employer partnerships, identifying new avenues for collaboration, and facilitating successful student placements.
Job Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with existing employers to generate employment opportunities for Maven students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.

Proactively identify, engage, and build a network of new employers to develop strategic partnerships and placement opportunities, thereby assisting students in identifying employment options that align with their career interests.

Provide comprehensive support to students throughout their job search process, including resume writing assistance and interview coaching, leveraging internal business communication trainers.

Engage with businesses and industries to develop mutually beneficial partnerships for job and internship opportunities, focusing on reciprocal advantages.

Assist the team in maintaining and updating comprehensive employer and student databases.

Regularly submit reports and analytics as required, providing insights into placement activities and corporate relations efforts.
Requirements:

A minimum of 5-15 years of progressive experience in building and managing a strong network within the industry, with a demonstrable history of achieving placement targets for students, particularly within the IT sector.

Candidates with existing, strong connections within the IT/Semiconductor industry are highly preferred.

Exceptional ability to analyze industry requirements and identify potential employer needs.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in building and maintaining an Alumni network is preferred.

Experience in organizing corporate and alumni events is advantageous.

An MBA or a graduate degree in any relevant field is required.
