Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
This role requires a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry connections
- Convert leads into long-term business clients through effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service discussions
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and business networking activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and order execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Good understanding of market research and sales strategies
- Ability to manage client relationships and achieve targets
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales will be an advantage
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Experience in handling institutional or government clients is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
