Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Career Advisor – Study Abroad to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ career goals and guiding them towards suitable international education opportunities across various study destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities across multiple countries and destinations.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and convert prospective students into successful applications.
- Maintain regular communication with students and provide excellent customer service throughout the counselling process.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets set by management.
- Actively follow up with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the processing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated on study destinations, courses, university options, and admission requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in study abroad counselling/sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for counselling, sales, and helping students achieve their career goals.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in handling students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Candidates based in Kochi are preferred.
