iCareFon is a leading Apple device service and repair company specializing in iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and other Apple products. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers to join our technical team as Electronics Service Engineers.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Apple devices under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Replace components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and speakers.
- Learn Apple device diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Maintain service quality and follow company repair standards.
- Record repair details and update job status.
- Handle devices carefully and ensure customer data privacy.
- Keep the workbench clean and organized.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery of repaired devices.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- ITI (Electronics or relevant trade)
- B.Sc. Electronics
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may also apply.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and understand Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
- Strong interest in mobile phone and electronics repair.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to undergo technical training.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced service environment.
