YORO Health is a nurse-led home healthcare company for seniors. We deliver nursing, daily caregiving and physiotherapy at home across Pune, with a 10-minute response promise and trained, background-verified staff. Physiotherapy is one of our fastest-growing service lines and we're building a dedicated team around it.
The role
You will deliver physiotherapy sessions at customers' homes — mostly elderly patients recovering from surgery, stroke, falls or living with chronic mobility and pain conditions. Each session is 45 minutes. You'll own the patient's plan from first assessment to discharge, and you'll be the face of YORO in their home.
What you'll do
- Conduct home visits within your assigned pod area (a walkable/short-ride cluster of societies)
- Assess patients and design individualised treatment plans — post-operative rehab, orthopaedic, neuro-rehab, geriatric mobility, fall prevention, pain management
- Deliver hands-on therapy: manual therapy, exercise therapy, gait and balance training, electrotherapy where indicated
- Record vitals and session notes in the YORO app on every visit; share progress updates with the family
- Educate family members and caregivers on home exercises, positioning, transfers and safety
- Track patient progress against goals and recommend continuation, escalation or discharge
- Coordinate with our nursing and caregiving teams on shared patients
- Support occasional health camps and society-level awareness activities
Who we're looking for
- BPT (mandatory); MPT in Ortho, Neuro or Geriatrics preferred
- 2–5 years of experience; freshers with strong clinical fundamentals are welcome
- Comfortable working with elderly patients and their families — patience and communication matter as much as technique
- Fluent in Marathi/Hindi and working English
- Two-wheeler with valid licence
- Willing to travel within the assigned pod area; punctual and presentable
- Registered with the Maharashtra State OT & PT Council (mandatory)
