Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team at the School of French Language. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their learning goals and helping them choose the right French language course.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.
Provide information about French language courses, course levels, schedules, fees and learning outcomes.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk ins and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling and guidance.
Maintain records of student enquiries, follow ups and admissions.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth student experience.
Achieve counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive counselling skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Customer focused and enthusiastic personality.
Previous experience in education counselling, admissions, sales or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of French language will be an added advantage.
